Click and collect ramp program, large format liquor
Each door is measured, the ramp is made to that threshold, the stores are staged, and every site gets a completion report.
These are programs we run for national retailers and shopping centres. A client name goes on this page only after they approve it in writing. On a call we walk through the sites, the standard, the cost per store, and how the work is closed out.
Projects

Each door is measured, the ramp is made to that threshold, the stores are staged, and every site gets a completion report.

High risk sites are audited and scoped, the work is staged against the capital cycle, then installed with a completion report per store.

The fleet is taken over as it stands. Faults are triaged, spares are held, induction ready labour attends, and each visit is closed out in writing.

A store is measured and written up before anything is specified, then the work is staged, installed and measured again. A saving figure has to come from those readings, not from a supplier brochure.

Line marking, pedestrian routes and access works are set as one standard, staged by site, and reported when each site is done.

Each board is assessed the same way, the worst ones are ranked first, and one upgrade standard is set per board type. Licensed electricians do the work, after hours where trading cannot stop, and every site gets photos and the compliance paperwork.
Guides
These cards are six of the programs. The guides cover the rest of the work we run across store fleets: pressure cleaning, painting, flooring, gutters, pest control, signs, lighting and air conditioning, plus how a ramp, bollard or screen job is closed out.
We will walk through a real one on a call.
