Storefront protection to one galvanised spec.
Vehicle impact protection for shopfronts, entries and pedestrian edges. Specified once, audited, then staged across the fleet.
A storefront bollard program protects shopfronts, entries and pedestrian edges from vehicle impact across a store fleet, using one frozen specification rather than a different answer at every site. Nextage audits the high risk sites, prices the scope per site so it can be staged to a capital cycle, installs, and reports on completion.
The problem
- Impact risk is uneven across an estate, and nobody has quantified which sites are worst.
- Different installers means different diameters, heights and finishes on the same brand.
- The whole fleet cannot be funded at once, so the work needs to stage cleanly.
What's included
- Fixed price site audit across the fleet or a pilot cluster
- One frozen specification: wall thickness, diameter, height, finish and footing locked so site 40 matches site 1
- Costed remediation scope, priced per site
- Staged installation against the funded sites
- Completion report per site
Public liability insurance: $20 million.
Program shape
How the work runs
Same order every time. The order is what makes site 40 match site 1.
Audit the high risk sites
Quantify what is actually there before anyone commits capital.
Cost the scope
A costed remediation scope, per site, not a fleet wide lump sum.
Stage to capital
Format and finance decide which sites are funded this cycle.
Install to the spec
The same spec, the same finish, whichever state the store is in.
Report
Photo completion pack per site.
A good fit
- Retail groups with repeated shopfront or entry impact exposure
- Estates that need the specification frozen so it stops drifting
- Programs that must stage across more than one financial year
Not a fit
- A single site with no repeated standard behind it
- Buying bollards as product only, with no audit, spec or install accountability
- Certified anti ram crash rated perimeter security engineering

FAQ
About storefront protection & bollards
Do you publish the bollard specification?
Not as a public data sheet. The specification is set per program and then frozen, which is the point. It is what stops site 40 looking different from site 1.
Do we have to do the whole fleet at once?
No. The audit produces a costed scope per site so the work can be staged against annual capital, starting with the highest risk stores.
Is this crash rated security bollard work?
No. This is vehicle impact protection for retail shopfronts, entries and pedestrian edges. Certified anti ram perimeter security is a different discipline and we would say so rather than take it on.
