Nextage Group 1300 075 075

Centre screens with an owner, not just an installer.

Specification, installation coordination and standing aftercare for large format digital advertising assets in retail centres.

Nextage acts as owner's representative and operator on large format digital advertising assets in retail centres: specifying and procuring screens, coordinating installation, and running the fault and aftercare path so a dark screen gets triaged and closed out. Nextage is not a media network and does not sell the media inventory.

The problem

  • Ageing dual sided blades and control boards fail, and a dark screen is a commercial problem, not a maintenance one.
  • Centre management, the media operator and the licence holder each assume someone else owns the fix.
  • Nobody has an induction ready technician who can actually get on site this week.

What's included

  • Specification and procurement of screen hardware
  • Installation coordination with centre management and trades
  • Fault triage and a spare path for boards and panels
  • Induction ready labour for attendance and close out
  • Commercial hygiene with media operators and centre managers, including licence and revenue share reporting discipline

Public liability insurance: $20 million.

What Nextage does and does not do on centre screens, including where a media network fits, is set out on the retail media page. Screens and media ownership conversations can go straight through the enquiry form, choosing "Digital screens and retail media assets".

Program shape

How the work runs

Same order every time. The order is what makes site 40 match site 1.

  1. Understand the asset

What is installed, who holds the licence, who books the media, who pays for the fix.

  2. Specify or inherit

Either specify new hardware, or take on a fleet that already exists.

  3. Coordinate the install

Centre access, trades, structural mounting, commissioning.

  4. Stand up the aftercare

Triage path, spare path, induction ready labour, close out.

  5. Report

Fault to fixed, in writing, so the commercial owner can see it.

A good fit

  • Large format and homemaker style centres with digital advertising assets
  • Screen fleets that are ageing and starting to generate faults
  • Owners who need one accountable party across centre, media partner and technician

Not a fit

  • Buying media inventory. That is the media network's business, not ours
  • Content production and campaign creative
  • A single screen with no ongoing ownership question behind it

FAQ

About digital screens & retail media assets

Are you a media company?

No. On screen engagements we specify, install and act as owner's representative alongside media and centre partners. We do not sell the media inventory.

What does standing aftercare cover?

Triage of a reported fault, a spare path for boards and panels, induction ready labour to attend, and written close out. We do not publish response time guarantees. Those belong in a contract, not on a website.

Can you take on screens somebody else installed?

Yes. Inheriting an existing fleet and giving it a single accountable owner is a common starting point.
