Privacy collection notice

Nextage Group Pty Ltd (ABN 67 633 508 362) collects personal information through this website only when you submit an enquiry, and uses it only to respond to that enquiry.

What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form we collect the name, company, role, email address, phone number, program interest, approximate site count and message you provide. Our web host also records standard server log information, including IP address and browser type.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to scope and quote work you have asked us about, and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Who we disclose it to

We do not disclose enquiry information to third parties except where it is necessary to deliver the work you have asked about, for example a subcontractor attending your site, or where we are required to by law. Our web hosting and email providers process the information on our behalf.

How it is held

Enquiries are delivered to a Nextage mailbox and retained in our business records. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint about how we have handled it. Use the enquiry form or call 1300 075 075. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
