A click and collect ramp program is a repeatable way to fix uneven thresholds at drive up and kerbside pickup doors across many stores. Nextage measures each door, fabricates a ramp to that door, installs it, and returns a photo completion report, so every store meets the same standard instead of each site solving it differently.
The problem
- Thresholds vary store to store, so an off the shelf ramp fits some doors and not others.
- Local trades each solve it their own way, and the finish drifts across the estate.
- Capex wants one per site number it can stage, not a fresh quote for every store.

A non compliant ramp, replaced
These direct to boot bays had a hard yellow plastic ramp at the kerb that was not compliant. We replaced it with a black ramp with yellow edges, bolted to the kerb so a trolley rolls straight across.

About click and collect ramps
Can we start with one store?
Yes. Most ramp programs prove the pack on a pilot door, then call off further sites against the same standard.
Do you fabricate to the door, or fit a stock ramp?
To the door. We measure on site and fabricate to that opening, which is what keeps the finish consistent across an estate where thresholds vary.
What do we get at handover?
A photo completion report per site, before and after, so the budget owner has evidence without visiting.
